		<description>I almost hope Clinton is right.  I&#039;m tired of more government and more taxes.  We have &quot;big-government&quot; Republicans who claim to be conservatives, like Owens.  It&#039;s time for them to explain how they can claim to be fiscal conservatives and want more money for programs the government shouldn&#039;t be handling.

I heard one of the authors of the &quot;Fair&quot; tax on the radio the other day reassuring people that the tax would be revenue neutral--that&#039;s not a point in its favor.  The flaw in TABOR is that it still allows government to grow.</description>
