LIMIT THE JUDGES: YES ON 40 is the nonpartisan citizens campaign to put term limits on the Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Former Senate President John Andrews is the chairman.
I am leading the Amendment 40 campaign to gain voter approval in November 2006 for a common-sense reform to curb the runaway courts, counteract judicial activism, and make judges more accountable.
