Bible Tuesday 11/26: New Clothes

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 127:1-5. Verse 1, what challenge have I been attempting to face too much on my own, not giving it over to God? Prayer point for today?

II Chronicles 33:1-25. Why does God permit bad rulers? What can the righteous do? My role?

Revelation 7:9-17. Verse 14, today if I could have Jesus wash me in his own blood and then clothe me in white, what specifically is it about myself that I would like to “put off” and then “put on”?

Luke 19:45-48. Verse 46, what are some practical things I can do during these holidays (holy days) to make my residence a little more a house of prayer? And my workplace the same? And my church the same?
