Bible Thursday 11/25: Blessings Untold

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 68:1—35. Verse 19 KJV, do my benefits from God indeed tip the scale more heavily than my burdens from the weary world? Is my gratitude evident from my demeanor?

II Chronicles 34:1-33. King Josiah overwhelmed upon rediscovering the book of the Lord. When have I had a breakthrough in realizing I was far out of touch with God? Lesson for today?

Malachi 2:10-17. Verse 17, the claim that evil-doing is all right with God. What are some forms this lie takes in our times? What is my church doing about it? My role?

Luke 17:11-19. Ten men are healed, but only one gives thanks. If Jesus charged me with going through life 90% ungrateful, would I be acquitted or convicted? Action point?
