Bible Monday 5/24: Time to Decide

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 59:1-17. Verses 5-9, in our world at present, what are some of Satan’s barking dogs whom God laughs to scorn and puts to silence?

Joel 3:1-21. Verses 12-16 KJV, in practical terms what does it mean that God summons us all to the valley of decision? What’s expected of my church, and of me?

Acts 2:22-35. Verse 25, Peter finds a Psalm 16 prophecy of Jesus resurrected. Verse 34, he finds a Psalm 110 prophecy of Jesus enthroned. How can I learn to see Jesus throughout the Psalms and the Old Testament?

John 9:13-23. The Pharisees blind to Jesus’ messiahship and determined to stop him at all costs. Who are the Pharisees of the 21st century? How is my church contending against them?
