Psalms 119:129-176. Verse 136, observing all the ways in which the worldly mind tries to deny, defy, disobey, or dishonor God, what particularly grieves me right now? What can I do about it today?
Hosea 1:1-11. Hosea experiences struggle and sorrow as his own imperfect marriage and children mirror Israel’s faithless relationship with God. Am I willing to get my hands dirty for the Lord?
Romans 9:1-13. Paul gets his hands dirty, imagining a tradeoff of his becoming accursed if it could mean the Jews knowing Christ. Application to my current situation in life?
Matthew 19:13-15. What could be done in my community to put more children and young people in touch with Jesus? My role?
