Bible Thursday 12/1: The Woman vs. the Dragon

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 78:41-72. Verse 41, have I in any way been placing limits on God? Prayer point for today?

Isaiah 36:1-22. Verses 15 and 18, related question, what lies and whispers has the enemy been trying to use on me lately, alleging that God can’t be trusted?

Revelation 12:1-6. The holy child and his mother flee the red dragon. Why must I take this dragon seriously? Why need I have no fear of him?

Luke 22:14-23. How important to me is the sacrament of Jesus’ blood and body? What does it have to do with this season of Advent and Christmas?
