Bible Tuesday 10/17: The Homecoming

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 119:1-48. Verse 32, run don’t walk. What specific command of God does he want me to make all haste in obeying today, lose not a moment?

I Chronicles 23:1-32. How can I be more intentional in thanking God every morning and every evening?

Ephesians 5:15-21. What does it look like when a group of Christians are truly submitted to each other? What is the benefit and reward? Action point for today?

Luke 15:11-32. Verse 15, in my Christian life, when have I had, or seen someone have, that “feeding pigs” moment of hitting bottom and brokenly turning back toward God? Present application?
