Psalms 105:1-45. Verse 7, God’s word to a thousand generations (over 20,000 years). Doesn’t this conclusively refute all claims that the Bible and the Christian faith are outdated, not modern enough?
Daniel 3:1-30. Verse 25, a fourth form in the fire, the Son of God. What difficult situation am I now contending with, where the eyes of my heart need to behold Jesus Christ right there with me?
Revelation 18:9-20. Babylon’s doom shocks many whom she formerly enriched. What wealth is offered me in God’s heavenly city that no worldly city can match? How and when can I lay claim to it?
Matthew 5:38-48. Verse 44, what specific persons and situations are my opportunity today for loving my enemies and praying for those who maltreat me?
