Bible Monday 2/26: The Supreme Question

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 141:1-10. Verse 5, when have I benefited from constructive criticism, given me by a friend in God’s name?

Jeremiah 24:1-10. Verses 5-7, what difficult situation am I going through at present, where God is telling me to trust him and not lose heart?

Romans 9:14-29. Verse 21, related, what hinders me today from being as completely submissive to God as the clay in the hand of the potter?

Matthew 16:13-20. When and how did I come to know that Jesus is the Christ, God’s beloved Son? Who needs to hear my testimony about this as soon as possible?
