Bible Tuesday 4/8: Ready or Not

Studying this morning's readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 108:1-13. Verse 2, awake early. Does my daily time of praise and prayer to God have the priority it deserves in the morning routine? Are changes needed?

Zechariah 3:1-10. Verse 2, realizing that God cherishes me as a brand plucked from the fire, with what attitudes and actions shall I approach this day?

Matthew 24:29-44. If Jesus comes back today, what do I want him to find me doing?
