Bible Thursday 4/11: Childlike

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 131:1-3. In what specific way can I be more spiritually childlike today? What benefit may result?

Zechariah 6:1-15. Verses 11 and 14, crowning of leaders at God’s direction. What parallel if any can we see in church and state today?

Philippians 4:10-23. Verses 12 and 13, contentment in Christ, come what may. Application to my present situation?

Matthew 21:33-46. Verse 41, robbing God. Verse 42, building on the wrong cornerstone. Without meaning to, how could I make these mistakes in my own life? How could my church?
