Bible Tuesday 5/26: Witnesses Wanted

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 68:1-35. Verses 5 and 6, what family, or what person without a family, needs my prayers today—and perhaps my active help?

Ezekiel 46:1-24. God requires exactness in the worship he is to receive. Now being not under the law but under grace, how are we to fulfill this spirit of meticulous fidelity by the people to our Lord?

Ephesians 4:1-16. Verses 3, 4, and 13, Christian unity. How can the current crisis further this? My role?

John 15:18-27. How is the world’s hatred of Jesus and his followers evident during this pandemic? How can this become an opportunity for me to witness for the gospel (verse 27)?
