Bible Friday 3/31: Greatest of These

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 74:1-23. Verses 9-11, as it seems God invites us to complain and plead and remonstrate with him, what heavy sorrow shall I bring him today?

Zechariah 6:1-15. Verses 11-15, what does God want me to build for him today?

I Corinthians 13:1-13. Verses 11 and 12, what childish things has Jesus helped to put away as time went by? How has he sharpened my spiritual sight, so I no longer see through a glass darkly?

Matthew 23:37-24:2. If I could be humble and meek enough to relate to Jesus as a baby chick to its mother hen, how would it benefit me?
